These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DeesignTrends.com and purchases made from Deesign Trends, operated by The Deesign Collective, LLC (“Deesign Trends,” “The Deesign Collective,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our applicable store policies.
1. ONLINE STORE
Deesign Trends offers curated home and lifestyle products, home and event décor, personalized products, custom engraving and related merchandise.
We reserve the right to modify our product selection, pricing, promotions, product descriptions, availability, and services at any time, subject to applicable law.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products.
However, colors may appear differently depending on your device or display settings. Natural materials may also contain variations in grain, color, texture, pattern, dimensions, and finish.
Handmade, engraved, etched, personalized, and custom products may contain reasonable variations resulting from the materials and production process.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and are subject to change.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customization charges, and other applicable fees will be displayed or disclosed during checkout when required.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and, where permitted by law, cancel affected orders and issue an appropriate refund.
4. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse or cancel an order because of product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, inability to complete a requested customization, prohibited content, or other legitimate business reasons.
If we cancel a paid order, amounts owed for the canceled portion will be refunded as appropriate.
5. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization information, including names, dates, spelling, wording, monograms, dimensions, photographs, logos, and other requested information.
When a design proof is provided, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the proof before production.
Approval authorizes Deesign Trends to proceed based on the approved design.
Custom, engraved, etched, personalized, and made-to-order products are generally final sale once production has begun, except where required by law or when Deesign Trends makes an error in producing the approved order.

6. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ITEMS
Deesign Trends may, at its discretion, accept customer-owned items for engraving, etching, or personalization.
Customization is permanent, and materials, coatings, finishes, and manufactured surfaces may respond differently to engraving or other processes.
Customers should not provide irreplaceable, highly sentimental, or unusually valuable items for customization.
Additional terms or acknowledgments may be required before we accept a customer-supplied item.
7. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED ARTWORK & CONTENT
By submitting a logo, photograph, artwork, graphic, text, trademark, design, or other material for reproduction or customization, you represent that you own the material or have sufficient permission or authorization to use it for the requested purpose.
You agree not to submit material that unlawfully infringes another person’s intellectual-property or other rights.
Deesign Trends may decline a customization request that we reasonably believe violates applicable law, another person’s rights, or our business policies.
8. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
Some products are fulfilled directly by Deesign Trends, while others may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners.
Products purchased within the same order may therefore arrive separately and at different times.

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers should review that policy before purchasing, particularly when purchasing custom, engraved, personalized, clearance, or made-to-order products.
10. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Certain products or services available through Deesign Trends may be manufactured, supplied, fulfilled, shipped, or otherwise provided with the assistance of third parties.
Third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing on our website should be interpreted as implying an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement that does not exist.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, original Deesign Trends and The Deesign Collective branding, graphics, product designs, photographs, written content, logos, website materials, and other original creative content are owned by or licensed to The Deesign Collective, LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, exploit, or commercially use our protected materials without authorization except as permitted by applicable law.
12. ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE
You agree not to misuse our website or services, interfere with website operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious software, engage in fraudulent activity, or use our website for unlawful purposes.
13. PRODUCT USE
Customers are responsible for using products according to their intended purposes and following any product instructions, care information, safety information, or manufacturer warnings.
Product information provided through Deesign Trends is for general informational purposes and is not intended to substitute for professional medical, safety, legal, or other specialized advice.
14. ERRORS & AVAILABILITY
